Act Judiciously To Punish Someone: Dr.Poonam Singh

Though, it is always preached to us that we should forgive someone who wrongs us.

See, there is a difference between mistake and sin. Though, mistake is not committed by someone deliberately, yet, sin is committed, deliberately by someone. The Yogi’s, who have vowed to not to react, because they have to exhaust their Prarabdha karmas and become liberated, are supposed to forgive, everybody. But, the persons, living in the world, find it very difficult to forgive everybody and forget the sins committed by others. In this case, obviously, they should react and make the sinner realize his, sin. But, the manner, they are going to react must be rational and prudent one. So, that they will be able to punish the sinner, without ascalating the situation rather it will create another problem for them. This is the middle path i.e golden path for action. By restraining their anger, they will be able to take, prudent decisions.
